委員會組成

承襲IFMSA 世界醫學生聯盟架構，醫聯會成立了六大委員會，關注健康、人權、醫學教育等議題。以Standing Committeess on – 為前綴，加上關注領域為正式全名，共計有以下委員會：

Public Health (SCOPH) – 公共衛生部
Sexual and Reproductive Health including HIV/AIDS (SCORA) – 性健康推廣部
Medical Education (SCOME) – 醫學教育部
Human Rights & Peace (SCORP) – 人權和平部
Professional Exchanges (SCOPE) – 專業交換部
Research Exchanges (SCORE) – 研究交換部

在組織中的角色

在醫聯會中，每個委員會皆由每年各醫學校系代表選舉產生的兩名部長(National Officer, NO)帶領，並與各校系願意關注討論、投入議題的學生(Local Officer, LO)，共同組成醫聯會內規劃活動、執行計畫的主力。

除了積極參與議題相關活動（台灣同志遊行、婚姻平權、醫學教育研討會等），以及成立國內外窗口處理出國實習、研究交換事宜，各部長也常代表台灣醫學生，出席由世界醫學生聯盟舉辦的大會(Generall Affairs)，交流國際資訊，了解全球性議題，並努力簽訂交換合約，為國內醫學生爭取更多國家的交換機會。
